Boat Slip Leasing
Lease rates: (3 month minimum, power included, see notes below)
- 35 ft. Slip $ 300/month (shallow draft, primarily for motor vessels)
- 40 ft. Slip $ 325/month
- 50 ft. Slip $ 350/month
- Catamaran Slip $ 500/month
ALL LEASES REQUIRE 1ST 3 MONTHS PAID IN ADVANCE BY CHECK OR CASH.
SPECIAL – 12 MONTH LEASES paid in advance GET ONE MONTH FREE.
Note 1: Yachts running AC/heating systems full time will be charged an additional $50 dollars/month. Slip charges for electrical power may be adjusted based on metered power usage.
Note 2: Long term transients, ie. people residing aboard full time, will be charged an additional fee of $50/month to cover additional utility usage and clubhouse expenses.
Note 3: We do not take full time liveaboards; however, we do make exceptions for transients staying for several months or a season.
Transient Slip Rental
Transient boaters are welcome at Whittaker Pointe Marina. We are located at Mile 181 on the ICW.
- Daily $ 2.00/boat ft./ night (electric, WIFI & water included)
- Weekly $ 8.00/boat ft./ week (electric, WIFI & water included)
- Monthly $ 12.00/boat ft./ month (electric, WIFI & water included, $350/month minimum )
Transient boaters get use of our courtesy car (great for a run to the grocery or marine store).
